Job Description Lead root cause investigations and corrective action activities Drive plant-wide quality improvement initiatives Analyze quality trends and implement preventive measures Support customer and supplier quality issues Facilitate internal, customer, and certification audits Develop and improve quality systems and procedures Participate in new product launches and APQP activities Mentor Quality Engineers and technical personnel Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve process capability Monitor and report key quality metrics MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field 5+ years of quality engineering experience within manufacturing Strong knowledge of quality systems and methodologies Experience with Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, SPC, and CAPA Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100 standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and project leadership abilities CQE certification is a plus What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $120,000 USD annually.
