Accounting Assistant
Who: A detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for numbers. What: Assist with accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Position Overview: The Accounting Assistant will support daily accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with financial reporting and maintaining accurate records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
