Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Inventory Control Operators for a distribution warehouse located in Austell!

Qualifications for Inventory Control Operators:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Previous inventory control and cycle counting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working at heights while operating an order picker.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity expectations.
• Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Inventory Control Operators :

• Perform daily cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain productivity goals while ensuring a high level of accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including an order picker, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and document inventory activity.
• Assist with general inventory control processes and warehouse organization.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to support overall workflow efficiency.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details : Monday-Friday - 7:00AM-4:00PM

Pay Rate : $20.00/hour
