As a Contact Center Customer Service Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Customer Engagement Support team, providing exceptional service and fostering positive relationships with consumers. What's the Job?

• Engage with consumers via phone, email, live chat, SMS text, and eCommerce platforms to address inquiries, complaints, and praise.
• Support all brands within the Nestlé Nutrition CES scope by providing expert advice, nutrition information, and personalized solutions.
• Foster consumer loyalty and drive sales through exceptional customer service and product education.
• Facilitate and support eCommerce initiatives and product transactions to enhance customer experience.
• Process quality incidents in compliance with FDA and Nestlé requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in computer systems and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Engage OMNI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Customer service experience with a focus on delivering positive consumer interactions.
