Clinical Positions in Clinical Nutrition 2026-2027

Position Overview The Division of Clinical Nutrition in the Department of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA invites applicants for a faculty position in the Health Sciences Clinical Professor series at the ranks of Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or full Professor. Responsibilities Provide consultation and care to patients at the Clinical Nutrition clinics. Teach residents and medical students. Participate in clinical research and administrative duties as assigned. Clinical Practice Focus The primary areas of clinical practice include the treatment and prevention of obesity and obesity-associated diseases such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, and fatty liver disease. Additional areas include enteral parental nutrition, gastrointestinal disorders, malnutrition, and nutrition oncology. Qualifications M.D., D.O., or equivalent required. Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Internal Medicine. California medical license required. Preference for demonstrated training and/or experience in Clinical Nutrition.
