What You’ll Do Drive month‑end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis Analyze inventory, margins, and cost accounting data to support business decisions Lead initiatives to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting Help develop credit review procedures and manage complex accounts receivable activities Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service Support audits, sales tax compliance, and financial reporting Help build KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the accounting function What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP Experience with month‑end close and financial reporting Process improvement mindset—you naturally look for better ways to do things Self‑starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction High attention to detail with strong analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills ERP experience (Dynamics 365 is a plus) Why This Opportunity?
