Account Coordinator (Advertising Agency, non-sales role)

The Opportunity

ANDERSON is looking for an Account Coordinator with 1+ years of professional experience in advertising, marketing or client service who is ready to build their career in an agency environment.

This role is for someone who is organized, responsive and eager to take on responsibility. You’ll support client relationships, coordinate projects and work closely with teams across the agency to help keep great work moving.

What You’ll Own

• Support strong client relationships through responsive communication, thoughtful service and reliable follow-through.
• Keep projects organized and moving by tracking timelines, deliverables, budgets and next steps.
• Coordinate across agency teams to keep everyone aligned on priorities, deadlines and client needs.
• Prepare client and account materials including briefs, agendas, status updates, reports, estimates and documentation.
• Support day-to-day account needs while anticipating next steps and jumping in wherever needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in advertising, marketing or client service; agency experience preferred
• Experience supporting client relationships, projects and/or deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, dependable and comfortable taking initiative

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field
• Experience across integrated marketing channels, including digital, media, creative and/or PR
• Familiarity with project management, reporting and analytics tools
