POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to help accelerate our growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships through outbound sales activity, strategic prospecting, and consultative engagement with technology leaders and decision-makers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and networking
• Build relationships with CTOs, CISOs, Heads of Engineering, VPs of Technology, and other executive stakeholders
• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand organizational hiring initiatives and business challenges
• Collaborate internally to position recruiting and talent solutions effectively
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within CRM systems
• Continuously develop market intelligence across AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and emerging technology sectors

• Proven business development, outbound sales, or agency recruiting experience
• Strong prospecting and lead generation capabilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of competitiveness, self-motivation, and personal accountability
• Strong objection-handling and consultative sales ability
• Experience using CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment
