Care Coordinator — Health From Within (Bettendorf / Davenport)

This is a first-impression role in a chiropractic clinic — not a hospital job, not a billing job. You set the tone before the doctor ever walks in.

We want the kind of person who made a packed restaurant Saturday night feel easy. The server who remembered the kid’s name and the allergy without making a show of it. The bartender who read the room, kept the line moving, and still made the person at the end of the bar feel looked after. The host who seated a full house without the waiting list turning sour. The gym front-desk lead who turned a walk-in into a member and remembered who was coming back Thursday. The salon or spa coordinator who could juggle three chairs, a late client, and a ringing phone and still sound glad you called. The hotel front-desk person who fixed a bad check-in in sixty seconds. The closer in retail or memberships who could ask for the next step without getting weird. The church greeter or guest-services lead who made a first-time family feel like they belonged before they sat down.

Health From Within helps families get out of pain and back into their lives. You will be the first voice and the first face — and you will call people who responded to our ads and book their first visit.

This role is a fit if you

• Light up a room without being loud
• Take initiative instead of waiting to be told
• Sound great on the phone and will actually pick it up
• Can juggle a full lobby, a ringing line, and a new lead without getting sharp
• Learn software quickly and do not need the same click explained twice
• Like people more than paperwork

This role is not a fit if you

• Freeze when you have to call someone you do not know
• Dislike talking about cost or asking someone to book a time
• Are looking for CNA, medical assistant, or hospital floor work
• Want a medical billing, coding, or claims job
• Prefer a quiet desk and a queue of charts

What you will actually do

• Greet patients and run the flow of the desk so the clinic feels calm and personal
• Answer phones like a great host, not a call center
• Call and text new leads from our online ads — same day — and book the first appointment
• Handle “do you take my insurance / what does it cost / I need to think about it” with honesty and a next step
• Schedule care, collect payment, and keep details tight
• Follow up so people do not drift off their plan
• Learn our calendar, CRM, and clinic tools fast

We will teach you our systems, our process, and how chiropractic care works here. We cannot teach energy, ownership, or a great phone presence.

Must-haves

• 1+ year in a high-contact role: restaurant, bar, hotel, gym, spa, salon, church hospitality, retail leadership, or similar
• Comfort making outbound calls and asking for the appointment
• Reliable, on-site at either our Bettendorf or Davenport locations M-F
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Healthcare experience is fine. It is not required. Hospitality and phone skill matter more.

Schedule, pay, and how to apply

Full-time, on-site. Typical clinic hours: Mon–Thu 8:00–6:00, Fri mornings.

$16–$19 per hour, based on experience.
