Position Overview

We are hiring a Customer Service Associate to assist customers with everyday questions and provide clear, helpful information about our products and services. This is a customer-facing position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of interactions professionally.

In this role, you will help customers navigate available options, respond to inquiries, and ensure each interaction is handled efficiently and courteously. You will also work alongside other departments to communicate customer feedback and support daily business activities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information about products and services
  
• Explain available options, features, and current promotions in a clear and professional manner
  
• Assist customers in determining which available solutions are appropriate for their needs
  
• Handle routine inquiries and resolve basic customer concerns
  
• Direct more complex questions to the appropriate team member when necessary
  
• Provide consistent service throughout each customer interaction
  
• Maintain familiarity with current company offerings and updates
  
• Document customer inquiries and relevant information accurately
  
• Communicate recurring questions or feedback to the appropriate internal teams
  
• Follow established procedures and customer service standards
  
• Assist with customer-facing promotions and business activities as needed
  
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient customer experience
  
• Complete additional administrative and customer support tasks as assigned
  

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Previous customer-facing experience is preferred
  
• Ability to communicate information clearly and professionally
  
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  
• Organized with good attention to detail
  
• Comfortable learning new products, services, and procedures
  
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team
  
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or a similar customer-facing environment is a plus
