Laboratory Operations Manager

Banner Health is seeking a Lab Manager for the General Lab Core in Phoenix, AZ. The role oversees daily laboratory operations, staffing, quality assurance and regulatory compliance to meet organizational objectives. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a lab science or medical technology, plus 4 years of high-complexity testing experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
