Riverside Christian Church is a non‑denominational Christian church in Boonville, Missouri, committed to helping people know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live on mission. Position Description The Youth & Outreach Minister provides leadership for Riverside Christian Church's student ministry (grades 6–12) while helping the church expand its outreach and engagement within the local community. This full‑time position is responsible for discipling students, equipping volunteers, partnering with parents, planning and leading youth programming, and developing outreach opportunities that connect people to Christ and the mission of the church.
