Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outreach and networking
- Educate prospects on life insurance and financial protection products
- Generate and qualify leads to support sales growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and outreach strategies
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and track interactions in the CRM
- Represent The Rustman Agency with professionalism and purpose
- Proven training and development programs
