Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment to accurately diagnose mental health conditions.

• Creating individualized treatment plans by collaborating with clients and utilizing solution-focused interventions that adhere to best practices.

• Delivering psychotherapy services using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintaining thorough and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.

• Engaging in interprofessional collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to coordinate comprehensive care for all clients.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss treatment strategies and refine clinical practices.

• Educating clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Staying current with research advancements in mental health treatment and integrating new strategies into your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Texas.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
