Site Supervisor

We invite you to join us in making a significant impact on the early detection of hearing loss in newborns by becoming a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor at Piedmont Atlanta. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee the Newborn Hearing Screen program across multiple sites within your region. Responsibilities Direct delivery of newborn hearing screening services and document screenings. Ensure all eligible babies are screened and perform screenings according to clinical protocols, including weekends and holidays as needed. Meet screening expectations set by the Hearing Screen Manager. Inform Hearing Screen Managers immediately of any hospital issues or missed babies. Primary point of contact with parents and schedule all follow‑up outpatient appointments. Create schedules to ensure adequate coverage, escalating staffing gaps to the Hearing Screen Manager. Review timecards and approve time‑off requests. Participate in Hearing Screen Technician interviews and hiring, and supervise technicians with annual performance evaluations. Train new hires and provide ongoing training, monitor KPIs, and review with the team during monthly staff meetings. Complete company and hospital requirements, including orientation and compliance modules. Provide real‑time technical guidance and support to screening staff. Ensure consistent onsite visits, meet with hospital leadership, and present reports. Address team member and hospital concerns to ensure performance expectations are met. Maintain screener TB/CPR/training requirements while credentialed at all supervised locations. Comply with company and facility policies including PPE, vaccinations, safety protocols, orientations, and compliance modules. Supervise daily state reporting and complete/present state and hospital reporting per guidelines. Monitor and review Medical Sponsor reports, ensuring timely submission by the physician sponsor. Review and reconcile birth statistics monthly, resolving questions before deadlines. Monitor Power BI reports for site and technician efficiencies. Monitor equipment checklist weekly and ensure parts are not swapped without contacting NATUS. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Current CPR certification (or obtain upon offer). Minimum two (2) years of experience as a manager or combination of training and experience. Prior experience with newborns and/or in a healthcare setting. 1‑2 years managing multiple sites (preferred). Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage high stress in a fast‑paced environment. Computer proficiency and ability to perform accurate data entry. Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays. Ability to lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 lbs.
