Built on integrity, innovation, and strong partnerships, Renova One is more than a vendor—we're a trusted partner committed to enriching spaces and creating lasting value.The Operations Manager, Installation is responsible for leading and coordinating flooring installation operations in Jacksonville, including recruiting and managing installer crews, ensuring compliance and quality standards, and overseeing warehouse inventory to support daily installs. This role acts as the key liaison between Renova One and its subcontractor installer partners, ensuring installs are staffed, supplied, and completed to a professional standard across commercial and multifamily properties.Responsibilities and Duties:Recruit carpet, vinyl plank, and flooring installers to perform all aspects of flooring installation for commercial and multifamily propertiesPerform daily quality checks on flooring installs and materials, making necessary repairs on-site and ensuring all work meets company standardsManage installer paperwork, including reviewing work orders, ensuring weekly recaps are submitted, and confirming Workers' Compensation and liability insurance compliance per Renova One requirementsTrain and coach installers on new installation techniquesConduct installer loadouts each morning and lead installer meetingsOversee the Jacksonville warehouse to ensure inventory and supplies are sufficient to meet daily, weekly, and monthly flooring install requirementsProduce PO numbers to procure sundry supplies for installers as neededServe as the liaison between Renova One and its subcontractor installer partnersWork with office team to place and manage purchase orders for materials and supplies, ensuring accurate inventory levels to support scheduling and job needsMonitor and optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiencyEnforce company policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe and organized work environmentCollaborate with leadership to forecast inventory needs and plan for peak operational periodsQualifications:At least 5 years of experience in flooring installation, with prior experience leading or managing installer crewsFluent in Spanish and English is requiredProven ability to recruit, train, and manage installer crewsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with maintenance staff, property managers, and subcontractor partnersSkilled in reviewing paperwork and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements (Workers' Compensation and liability)Ability to perform quality inspections and hands-on repairs on-siteExperience managing warehouse inventory, supply levels, and purchase ordersProfessional demeanor and strong organizational skillsDemonstrated sense of urgency and ability to perform scheduling accurately in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periodsOther:All offers of employment are contingent upon a background checkValid Driver's License is requiredYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guideline
