In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:


Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill and Experience


• SAP AMS delivery and support experience.
• ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder and client management.
• Governance and executive reporting.
• Risk and escalation management.
• Resource planning and team leadership.
• Experience managing global delivery teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Hands on Ms office Excel and PowerPoint


Preferred Skill and Experience


Resource & Team Management
• Manage onsite and offshore AMS teams.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, succession planning, and skill readiness.
• Coordinate SMEs, track leads, project teams, and external vendors.
• Mentor team members and support capability development
Transition & Hypercare Management
• Lead project-to-AMS transition activities.
• Ensure service acceptance criteria, KT completion, documentation readiness, and stabilization support.
• Coordinate hypercare and post go-live support activities.
Continuous Improvement
• Analyze service trends and recurring issues.
• Drive automation, process optimization, and problem management initiatives.
• Reduce incident volume and improve service quality and customer experience.
• Support AMS maturity and transformation programs.


Additional Required Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
