Friendship Village is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Receptionist Team. You will provide prompt, efficient, courteous, and reliable service in a fast-paced environment that will promote goodwill among our Friendship Village community. You must have good oral and written communication skills, general office skills, and the ability to multitask. Good computer skills are a must.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Greeting residents and guests
• Answering a multi-line phone system
• Scheduling resident transportation
• Scheduling guest and party rooms
• Money handling
• General office duties
• Provide strict confidentiality for our residents, staff, and guests

Working Hours:

• Average 22-23 hours per week
• Core hours Monday, Thursday, and Friday 9am - 5pm
• Occasional weekend hours Sat 8am - 5pm and Sun 8am - 2pm
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays; and pick up hours throughout the week preferred.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of receptionist/office experience preferred
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook required
• Good Customer Service
• Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, Flu vaccinated, and TB test.
