Team Overview: Part of a team
Resource's typical working day: Front desk person If somebody comes in, first person they are greeted by Invoice processing Administrative details Help support overall management Get people to the right people Some communication with engineering staff Dispatch people out Front line for incoming phone calls Taking in service requests and getting them out to the right Mixed us- retail, office
Must Have Skills: Being able to answer phones Front line for incoming phone calls
Nice to have skills: Invoice processing experience Would be nice if they had property management office experience
Years of Experience: Front desk, admin experience Education Some experience would be helpful, working in an office setting, handling service requests Software skills: MS Office Suite They have a work order system- ETS
Interview Process: Virtual interview
