BayOne Solutions is hiring a Lease Administrator. Job Title Lease Administrator Location San Jose, CA (3 days onsite) Pay Rate $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr (W2, no C2C) Position Type Contract Interview Rounds 2 rounds Responsibilities and Qualifications Seeking an experienced lease administration professional to manage 119 active leases including 3rd Party Providers, Direct Leases, and License Agreements. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in global lease portfolio management, strong proficiency in lease management tools (Visual Lease preferred), and expertise in financial reconciliation. Primary responsibilities include conducting lease audits, maintaining data accuracy, processing invoices, managing critical dates, and coordinating between finance, legal, and real estate teams. Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work in a structured, audit-focused environment. Experience with cross-regional lease management (AMEA, APAC, Americas) is essential.
