Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Seeking an experienced lease administration professional to manage 119 active leases including 3rd Party Providers, Direct Leases, and License Agreements.
- The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in global lease portfolio management, strong proficiency in lease management tools (Visual Lease preferred), and expertise in financial reconciliation.
- Primary responsibilities include conducting lease audits, maintaining data accuracy, processing invoices, managing critical dates, and coordinating between finance, legal, and real estate teams.
- Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work in a structured, audit-focused environment.
- Experience with cross-regional lease management (AMEA, APAC, Americas) is essential.
