• You are incredibly well organized and LIVE & DIE by TO DO lists and nothing gives you greater pleasure than crossing things OFF your TO DO list (groceries included).
• You are proactive (thinking and acting) and able to pivot on a dime.
• You are a planner, but also understand that your best future plans are learned from the mistakes of your past failed plans.
• What cracks? Exactly… nothing falls through them...
• One of your mantras is "Anything worth doing, is worth doing right…” and I will add, the first time...
• You care about the lost art of proper spelling and grammar. Bonus if you are multi-lingual.
• You find light cooking and taking care of beautiful plants therapeutic and meditative. 
• You have a driver’s license.
• You have a higher education degree. 

Availability & Responsiveness 

• Hours are negotiable. Evenings and weekends are sometimes required. The right fit is the right fit!
• On Location in Miami Beach is required, although not at all times
• Must be reachable and responsive during Kyle’s travel across various time zones

Communications & Calendar Management

• Manage and maintain Kyle’s dynamic calendar
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them, always prioritizing the most critical commitments
• Must have great writing and communication skills 

Office Administration, Tech Software Management & Systems Support

• Maintain a well-organized office environment
• Must be tech savvy and be able to troubleshoot technology issues
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and enthusiastic about learning new programs and systems (including AI)



Compliance & Record-Keeping

• Maintain up-to-date records for professional memberships, licenses, insurance policies, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection best practices are followed at all times
