Job Summary

The School Social Worker supports students by identifying and addressing barriers to learning and achievement and contributes to a healthy, safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed learning environment. Using culturally responsive and strengths-based approaches, the School Social Worker provides school-based counseling, crisis intervention, and social-emotional support, helps students access resources, and supports academic, career, and personal goals.
