About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP - Treasurer and Investment Officer to play a key role in the strategic and results-driven management of the organization's financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing dynamic methodologies for performance monitoring, as well as producing executive-level reports to assess financial performance across various markets, products, and member demographics. This role involves actively owning key treasury and investment processes, providing thought leadership to drive improvement, and ensuring compliance with state and federal financial regulations. The VP will also lead and mentor a team, oversee the assessment of market and product performance, and make strategic recommendations for investment and pricing strategies. Applicants for the VP - Treasurer and Investment Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a Master's degree in business administration preferred. A minimum of 5 years' of top management experience in a related financial role, particularly within a financial institution, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury management, investments, and balance sheet optimization, and be adept at enterprise analytics. The role demands a strategic thinker with a collaborative, data-driven approach, capable of aligning financial strategies with the organization's long-term growth objectives while maintaining safety, soundness, and regulatory compliance.
