About the Role
The Company is in search of a Division Vice President to spearhead sales and foster growth within a key territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 8 salespeople, driving sales growth, and nurturing customer relationships. This role involves not only leading and coaching the sales team but also actively engaging in problem-solving and helping customers with service, repair, and facility-related challenges. The ideal candidate will have a background in dock and door, material handling, or facilities services, with a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to balance strategic sales leadership with hands-on selling.
