Vice President, Business Successions and Partnerships – Business Exit Advisory Compensation: $200K base + equity, comprehensive health benefits, retirement plan, and unlimited PTO We’re hiring a Vice President, Business Successions and Partnerships on behalf of our client—a growing business exit advisory firm based in the Greater Sacramento area. Selling a company is one of the most consequential moments in a founder’s life, and most owners go through it with a banker, a lawyer, and no one for the rest. If you’ve guided founders through a sale and love the people side as much as the numbers, we want to talk. Why this role? Lead the practice: own the client-facing business for founders preparing to sell Build relationships: cultivate investment banks, private equity firms, tax advisors, M&A attorneys, and wealth advisors Work at the top: partner directly with the CEO and COO Write the playbook: help build a practice that doesn’t exist yet Get in early: join an early-stage team with equity on the table What you bring: Investment banking experience , ideally sell-side M&A advisory 12+ years in M&A transaction advisory, corporate development, or finance leadership A record of advising owners and founders through a sale or recapitalization Deep valuation and deal structure expertise The judgment to hear the question behind the question #J-18808-Ljbffr The Well
