Global Cash Sales Consultant, VP II - State Street Investment Management

State Street Investment Management is seeking an experienced Vice President II Financial Institutions, to join our Global Cash distribution team. The Global Cash business is a strategic focus for the firm, generating significant revenue while continuing to expand across client segments and distribution channels.As a Vice President II, you will:Drive new business development efforts with the Financial Intermediary channel by expanding and diversifying the client base through proactive prospect engagement, consultative outreach, and strategic use of market intelligence, industry trends, and data-driven insights.Take ownership of territory management, including identifying and prioritizing new opportunities, cultivating existing relationships, and executing a targeted business development strategy.Represent the firm in client meetings, conferences, and industry events, leveraging market and economic insights to deliver meaningful value and thought leadership during client interactions.Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including key market trends, competitor offerings, differentiators, and industry developments.Stay current on regulatory and policy developments impacting cash and liquidity products, effectively communicating relevant insights to clients, partners, and senior leadership.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across State Street Investment Management, including Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product Management, and Portfolio Management, to support business growth and client success.Contribute to the continued growth of the Global Cash business by helping clients identify and implement cash and liquidity solutions that align with their investment objectives and operational needs.These skills will help you succeed in this role7-10+ years of successful sales experience in financial services, with expertise in money market funds, liquidity solutions, fixed income, or related institutional investment products.Proven track record of business development and asset growth, leveraging strong client relationships and strategic engagement to drive commercial outcomes.Growth-oriented and intellectually curious, with a willingness to embrace new challenges and contribute to the continued expansion of a high-performing team.Entrepreneurial and highly motivated, demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, strong integrity, and the resilience required to thrive in a dynamic and client-focused environment.Education & Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree RequiredFINRA Series 7 and 63 RequiredAdditional requirementsProficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft ExcelSalary Range: $120,000 - $210,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
