We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shipping/Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating outbound shipments to both domestic and international locations, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, robust communication skills, and a keen eye for process improvement to drive our team's success in meeting service level agreements and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key job responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and service level agreements
• Handle and pack sensitive shipments daily on tight delivery timelines
• Communicate important information to various stakeholders while managing tight timelines to ensure an on-time delivery
• Accurately label dangerous goods for domestic and international shipments
• Maintain quality control and accuracy on shipping metrics
• Coordinate and improve upon current outbound shipping processes
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper equipment usage
• Monitor and prioritize urgent requests and high-priority tasks
• Collaborate with cross-competent teams on process improvements
• Ensure proper metrics tracking and record-keeping
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain operational efficiency
