Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized assessment and therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring a personalized care approach.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans to address various mental health challenges faced by clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care and holistic treatment solutions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
