Job Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR/Accounting Support Admin for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for a professional with 3-5 years of administrative experience and a strong background in Human Resources support, bookkeeping, compliance tracking, and office administration. The HR/Accounting Support Admin will play an important role in supporting day-to-day business operations within a manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and internal teams while contributing to HR processes, accounting support, employee documentation, and company compliance requirements. The right candidate will enjoy a collaborative workplace, steady responsibilities, and the opportunity to grow into a long-term role with a supportive team. Key Responsibilities Track company licenses, permits, renewals, and compliance deadlines to ensure documentation remains current. Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including basic accounting support, recordkeeping, invoice tracking, and administrative financial documentation. Support HR-related functions, including employee records, onboarding paperwork, personnel files, and general HR administration. Coordinate workers' compensation procedures when an employee is injured on the job, including claim support and required documentation. Provide general administrative support to leadership and internal departments as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to support daily office and business operations. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $45,000 to $55,000 per year. Job type: Temp-to-Hire. Location: Los Angeles, CA.
