The role demands a bold, systems-level thinker with a proven track record in leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that result in measurable improvements in health and financial outcomes. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in healthcare strategy, care delivery operations, finance operations, population health, or related leadership roles. A deep understanding of the Medicare business and the post-acute care ecosystem is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in top-tier management consulting, healthcare venture development, or payer-provider transformation, and must possess exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. The role requires a leader with strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and a successful history of building and leading high-functioning teams.
