B2B Sales Professional for AI Evaluation

Evaluate how well AI systems perform real-world B2B sales tasks by defining what excellent sales work looks like. You will create task-specific grading standards and score completed work samples, providing rigorous, well-reasoned written justifications for each evaluation rather than producing sales deliverables yourself.

• Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for real-world sales outputs, including prospecting sequences and outreach emails, discovery and demo call plans, account and territory plans, proposals, mutual action plans, and forecast and pipeline reviews
• Score AI-generated and human work samples against those criteria, providing detailed written explanations for every score
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment so scores are reproducible and defensible
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers, revise rubrics and scoring as required, and iterate quickly

• 5+ years of professional B2B sales experience, including quota-carrying roles
• Experience as an Account Executive or Sales Development Representative selling into large enterprise accounts
• Deep fluency in outbound prospecting and sequencing, discovery and qualification, multi-stakeholder deal management, pipeline hygiene and forecasting, and structured sales methodologies
• Exceptionally strong written communication, able to explain clearly why a piece of work would or would not resonate with a real buyer
• Highly detail-oriented and consistent, comfortable with having your judgment reviewed and calibrated against peers
• Prior experience in AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is a strong plus
