B2B Sales Professional for AI Evaluation

This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with a leading AI research organization, focusing on the evaluation of AI systems in real-world sales scenarios. As a B2B sales expert, you will not only assess performance but also define excellence by creating task-specific grading criteria and providing rigorous justifications for scoring completed work samples.

• Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for various sales deliverables, including prospecting sequences, outreach emails, discovery and demo call plans, account and territory plans, proposals, mutual action plans, and forecast and pipeline reviews.
• Score AI-generated and human work samples against established criteria, providing detailed written justifications for each score.
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scores are reproducible and defensible.
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and iterate quickly on your work.

• 5+ years of professional B2B sales experience, including quota-carrying roles.
• Experience as an Account Executive or Sales Development Representative selling into large enterprises.
• Deep fluency in outbound prospecting, sequencing, discovery, qualification, multi-stakeholder deal management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and structured sales methodologies.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to articulate why a piece of work would or would not resonate with a real buyer.
• Detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable having your judgment reviewed and calibrated against peers.
• Prior experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is a strong plus.

This is a remote, hourly position.

The hourly compensation ranges from $100 to $150.
