Required Skills & Experience • Test lead (Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow) at onsite USA • Experience in onsite offshore model with extensive client handling experience. • Good experience in ServiceNow • Rich experience in STLC • Automation skills are added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Good Analytical & Communication skills • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills • Understanding of systems engineering concepts • Should have implemented advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements • Business case development • Modeling techniques and methods • Requirements organization. • Translating and simplifying requirements. • Requirements management and communication. • Presentation skills. • Aware of Agile methodologies. • Experience of working with Business user to gather the requirement. • Use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project's scope.
