Now hiring Warehouse Associates in Landisville, PA —full-time warehouse position with multiple shift options with a pay rate of $16–$17/hour.  Join our dynamic team supporting warehouse operations through accurate order picking, packing, assembly, and material handling.

About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by accurately selecting, assembling, and packaging products for shipment. You’ll support inventory handling while maintaining safety and quality standards, gain exposure to multiple divisions including paper marketing and material handling, and have opportunities for learning and career development.

Pay Rate: $16.00–$17.00 per hour

Available Shift Times:

• 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday–Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3:30pm – 12:00am, Monday–Friday (overtime may be required)

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products accurately using pick lists or scanners
• Assemble and pack items per specifications
• Move, load, and unload materials with equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Assist with receiving, verifying, and storing shipments
• Inspect products for damage or defects
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Warehouse or material handling experience a plus (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills for inventory management
• Proficiency with handheld scanners and warehouse technology
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures
• Effective time management and team collaboration skills
