Position Overview

We're on the lookout for an adept and empathetic Ultrasound Technologist to join our expanding team of imaging specialists committed to delivering outstanding care. You will harness advanced ultrasound technology to conduct diagnostic procedures, collaborating closely with a warm and supportive team of healthcare providers dedicated to ensuring the comfort and reassurance of every patient through precise imaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, covering abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures, clearly explaining each step with empathy
• Work in tandem with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver top-quality diagnostic images
• Properly operate and maintain imaging equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records within our electronic system
• Stay abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Educational Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
