Associate Territory Representative - Western Carolinas - East Tennessee

This entry-level medical device sales role focuses on building a territory from scratch across Western Carolinas and East Tennessee. The Associate Territory Manager will conduct field prospecting at urology and urogynecology clinics, educate healthcare providers on intermittent catheter products, and drive new prescriptions through consultative selling and relationship development.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and conduct field calls on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics in assigned territory
- Educate prescribers and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of intermittent catheters and urinary management systems
- Drive new prescription volume by converting non-prescribers and expanding usage in existing accounts
- Build and maintain territory pipeline with accurate CRM data and meet sales activity targets
- Execute in-clinic product demonstrations, education sessions, and clinical staff follow-up
Requirements
- 2–4 years B2B sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license with daily territory travel capability
- Cold outreach comfort and ability to navigate long sales cycles
- Strong verbal communication and professional presence with physicians
- Coachable, competitive mindset with accountability for results
Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 base annually, plus potential incentive plans and bonuses
