As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Facility Checks in Orlando, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or facility concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.
• Assist with access-control and visitor-management processes within an aerospace and defense business environment, following applicable site protocols for controlled areas and information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
