We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to engage consumers through retail and in-person sales activities. Working in partnership with inside and field sales teams, this role will build customer relationships, present products, and develop foundational sales skills with opportunities to advance into sales operations, senior sales representative, account executive, or territory manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through retail and in-person sales activities.
• Engage consumer customers and identify their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Communicate product value clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain timely follow-up communication with prospective and existing customers.
• Collaborate with inside and field sales partners to support the sales process.

• Entry-level sales experience.
• Sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to deliver sales presentations.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management and lead qualification.
• Negotiation and active listening skills.
• Strong verbal communication and time management skills.
