Security 101 is seeking an Inside Sales Representative responsible for generating qualified pipeline by engaging prospective customers, existing accounts, and marketing-generated leads through strategic outbound prospecting and data-driven sales campaigns. Operating primarily within HubSpot, this role executes targeted sales plays, nurtures prospective buyers, supports Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, and identifies cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Security 101's installed customer base. Working in close partnership with Marketing and the field sales organization, the Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in converting demand into revenue opportunities and accelerating company growth.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a Full-time position with an annual salary of $55,000-$60,000 non-exempt, commensurate with skills, and experience. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life and disability insurance, 401(k) match plan, paid holidays, PTO and more.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n

\n
• Identify and engage new prospective customers through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, and digital prospecting.
\n
• Generate qualified appointments and opportunities for outside sales.
\n
• Research target accounts, decision makers, and buying centers.
\n
• Maintain consistent prospecting activity to achieve pipeline goals.
\n
• Conduct proactive outreach to existing customers to uncover cross-sell, upsell, refresh, service, and managed services opportunities.
\n
• Partner with Marketing to execute ABM follow-up, webinar follow-up, event follow-up, digital campaigns, target account campaigns, vertical initiatives, product launches, and territory sales plays.
\n
• Specialize in assigned vertical markets as needed.
\n
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings and document customer intelligence in CRM.
\n
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve campaigns and messaging.

HubSpot & Sales Technology Responsibilities:

\n

\n

\n
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns using HubSpot Sequences.
\n
• Manage daily prospecting using HubSpot Tasks and Work Queues.
\n
• Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads within established SLAs.
\n
• Execute follow-up strategies for ABM campaigns.
\n
• Manage nurture sequences for prospects not yet sales-ready.
\n
• Maintain CRM accuracy for contacts, companies, opportunities, lifecycle stages, and lead status.
\n
• Identify trigger events such as expansions, acquisitions, refresh cycles, and staffing changes.
\n
• Collaborate with Marketing using HubSpot reporting and dashboards.
\n
• Support CRM data hygiene initiatives.
\n

• Respond to digital campaign engagement.

• Execute industry-specific campaigns.

• Support new solution launches.

• Run installed-base expansion campaigns.
\n
• Support Pro AV cross-sell initiatives.
\n
• Support managed services campaigns.
\n
• Coordinate territory growth initiatives with field sales.

Qualifications:

\n

\n

\n
• 1–3 years of business development, inside sales, lead generation, or sales development experience.
\n
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
\n
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting.
\n
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
\n
• Experience in electronic security, physical security, technology, SaaS, or B2B solution sales preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
\n

\n

\n
