Outside Sales Representative

Renu Energy Solutions is headquartered in Charlotte, NC, and is one of the fastest-growing residential and commercial solar providers in the Southeast. As we expand across North and South Carolina, we're building a team of driven professionals who are passionate about clean energy and building real careers. Location: Must reside in, or be actively relocating to, the Charlotte, NC area.
This is a field-based sales role requiring regular in-person appointments at customers' homes throughout the Charlotte market.
Renu Energy Solutions does not provide relocation assistance or visa sponsorship for this position.
Responsibilities
- Partner with inside sales to receive warm, pre-scheduled kitchen table appointments with homeowners, no cold calling required
- Build strong customer relationships and close high-quality residential and commercial solar sales
- Analyze homeowners' energy usage and educate customers on the financial benefits and long-term ROI of solar
- Create customized solar proposals and pricing solutions tailored to each customer's needs
- Manage and grow your pipeline using CRM tools and consistent follow-up strategies
- Drive deals forward through excellent communication, responsiveness, and relationship-building
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while maximizing your earning potential.
- Generate referral and repeat business by delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred. Solar, home improvement, construction, roofing, HVAC, or other in-home sales experience is a plus.
- CRM experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation
