Your focus

· Coordinate daily tasks and operational priorities

· Communicate directly with team members and customers

· Track requests, schedules, and follow-up

· Help resolve routine workflow issues

On-site expectation
This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.
