Key Responsibilities

• 
  Enter work orders into the system for processing and invoicing
  
  



• 
  Input purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  
  



• 
  Perform data entry for invoices and related documentation
  
  



• 
  Review information for completeness and accuracy
  
  



• 
  Maintain and update databases and company records
  
  



• 
  Match invoices against spreadsheets and supporting documentation
  
  



• 
  Organize, scan, and file both paper and electronic records
  
  



• 
  Manage a high volume of document processing and recordkeeping
  
  



• 
  Maintain strict confidentiality of company information
  
  



• 
  Provide general administrative support as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
  
  



• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
  



• 
  Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including working within pre-existing spreadsheets
  
  



• 
  Strong organizational and time management skills
  
  



• 
  Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  
  



• 
  Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
