Engineering Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking an Engineering Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Cupertino, CA / Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end execution of large-scale, cross-functional technical programs, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and go-to-market teams .

Rate Range: $56/Hour to $59/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Engineering Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional engineering programs, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and dependencies to deliver programs from concept to launch.
• Track progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to communicate program status, priorities, and outcomes.
• Facilitate decision-making, resolve conflicts, and manage trade-offs across competing priorities.
• Continuously improving program management processes and driving operational excellence within engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 10+ years of experience in program management within large-scale engineering organizations.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs with strong execution, planning, and dependency management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence decisions across engineering, product, and executive leadership teams.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $59.00 per hour
