Assistant Property Manager - Accounting

Your Responsibilities Complete month‑end and month‑opening reports Submit TRACS and post/reconcile subsidy payments Process and post invoices and reconcile vendor statements Assist with resident recertifications, move‑ins, and other occupancy functions as needed Work hours: 9:00 am‑5:00 pm, Monday–Friday; remote/hybrid with onsite reporting as needed Your Qualifications Experience in property management (required) Experience with Section 8, HOME, PBV, and LIHTC programs (preferred) Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of Yardi is a plus Valid driver's license and vehicle access Compensation & Benefits Salary: $58,000 to $62,000 depending on experience.
