IHG Hotels & Resorts

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Indianapolis is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, records management, payroll, benefits, and employee relations. You'll collaborate with hiring managers and maintain HR systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Responsibilities include posting openings, scheduling interviews, handling background checks, maintaining records in HRIS, and assisting with benefits enrollment and payroll.
