Key Responsibilities Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, social media advertising, and other relevant channels. Conduct thorough A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously improve campaign performance. Analyze campaign data rigorously, generating detailed reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure compelling ad copy and visuals that drive conversions. Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in performance marketing and digital advertising. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management. Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns with clear ROI. Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms. Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
