College Work Study Student - Events Management Office - Summer 2026

The College of Southern Nevada is seeking a Student Events Management Office Assistant (Summer 2026) to support the CSN Events Management Department. This position will assist with clerical duties, customer service, and event coordination for CSN students, staff, and the community. Responsibilities Answer and transfer calls on a multi‑line phone system. Retrieve and respond to voicemails. Assist walk‑in students with inquiries and appointment scheduling. Participate in and assist with campus events, ensuring all logistical details are addressed. Coordinate with staff to maintain event records and perform related data entry. Assist with additional duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and willing to learn. Good understanding of diverse multicultural environments. Able to follow directions. Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. Required Documentation Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV). Proof of the Student Employment Award (e.g., CSN Award Notification or accepted award screenshot). Compensation Hourly rate: $14.00 . Work hours up to 20.0 hours per week. The position is exempt from a full‑time equivalent classification.
