Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor entry processes, and reporting access-control concerns. Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Possess a current EMT certification. Have previous firefighting experience. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Have customer service experience preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
