About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will also be responsible for documenting care and communicating with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities, such as mobility and transfers
• Document care and communicate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times
• Collaborate with other caregivers to provide comprehensive care
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:
Must be certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
