Service Administrator

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join their client's team in California. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• 
  Coordinate and manage service schedules and appointments.

  Maintain accurate records and documentation of service activities.
  
  



• 
  Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and service requests.
  
  



• 
  Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  
  



• 
  Assist in the preparation of service reports and client communications.
  
  



• 
  Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  Previous experience in an administrative or service-oriented role is preferred.
  
  



• 
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
  



• 
  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary Range:


$28 - $31 per hour
