This position is ideal for an attorney with 5+ years of insurance defense experience who has developed a strong background handling New Jersey automobile liability matters. The successful candidate will manage an active litigation caseload while working closely with experienced trial attorneys on complex and challenging matters. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution Handle New Jersey automobile liability litigation Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and dispositive motions Conduct and defend depositions Appear in court for hearings, conferences, mediations, and arbitrations Develop litigation strategy alongside experienced trial attorneys Prepare cases for trial and assist with trial proceedings Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and experts Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
